D	Devin Atkin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tea tastes like dirty water. If they weren't in a captive market of broke university students they'd go out of business in a minute. It's telling that the moment any student gets some money they swap over to good earth, or starbucks essentially instantly. The staff while some are pleasant, others seethe a bitterness towards the customers and a reluctance to even share a pleasant smile. Over my years in their captive market, I've gotten coffee with clods of cream in (Something that should be impossible given how the cream is dispensed) I've gotten the wrong order, I've gotten forgotten left waiting for food that never comes. I've never had so much as an oh I'm sorry. Hopefully Tim Hortons HQ looks on the low reviews here and steps in to mop up this disaster zone.

After they got the iced coffee back, it wasn't actually iced coffee but just milk over cold water. They won't heat your croissant or bagel because they're too lazy. Literally just serve brewed coffee and that's about it.

Very rude guy at the counter. Respect other’s time. My first and last time at this Tim Horton. DISPLAY AT YOUR COUNTER IF U WANT PEOPLE TO WEAR A MASK
T	Tiffany Li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for chili soup and stepped tea. The bread come with the soup was cold and even the provide the butter for the bread but didn't put any knife in the bag. I don't know what to do with the bread. And they said if I add a hash brown, they candle it a meal deal. However, the hash brown was cold and hard. I couldn't finished it. Four products in my order and there were two of them was unacceptable.
O	Olivia McIntosh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always running out of cream! Ran out of cream at 10:30 in the morning?? This isn't the first time this has happened??? Like peak coffee time? Also got a bagel asked for cream cheese (and paid more for it) and it was barely skimmed across the bagel. If you told me they accidentally dropped it on the cream cheese then gave it to me I would believe you because it had next to none on it. Also one guy that works there in the morning seems painfully apathetic verging on miserable. Always enters order wrong. I only ever hear students being polite to them, unfair attitude...
