β β β β β Terrible customer service, very dissatisfied with the people working there. Impossible to redeem any points, there is always some rules that is prohibitive to you using your hard earned points for products. Why is it so complicated to get any rewards. I think, I should stop visiting this restaurant and go to McDonald's instead.

β β β β β I am a huge fan of Timmies coffee. I have been to many Timβs store but this time is the most disappointed experience (most of my experience with Tim were horrible, so I donβt care about their customer service). I have heard about the Timβs reward program and already downloaded the apps on my phone. I went to this location because itβs close to my work. Asked for a large coffee and a small green tea. When I asked the girl that could I use my reward card and she was rude βI already cashed outβ. I was like βitβs strangeβ since she did not even ask me if I have the reward card. It seems like they did not care about this reward at all. Please retrain your staff!!!!!!

β β β β β I got a icecap usually I get it filled up all the way, this time it was different it wasnβt even filled up to the line I payed $3 almost $4 for it and it was a size small I even told my daughter to talk to her and tell her that it was under the line she talked back to her and said itβs supposed to be like that. very sad with todayβs experience

β β β β β Customer Service was absolutely awful. Went up to the counter and was not greeted at all. I had a free voucher (for any warm beverage excluding espresso beverages). I asked her for a XL Hot Chocolate and presented my voucher. they scanned it and said it did not work itβs for a free coffee only. Then i said read the fine print it says any warm beverage, and the women Paige blurted out read the front it says Free Coffee. You would think that the retail worker would read the fine print, so she goes talks to the manager and she says no. I was like can i talk to her then, the manager comes around the corner with her mask not on properly and then sheβs just like fine do it. Iβve done it from other locations several times. Not a great experience at all. Will definitely not be returning.

β β β β β All of their staff is under trained I guess. Once I ordered a double double but the girl barely put any sugar in it. Another day I ordered a toasted bagel with butter and this another girl put so much butter on bagel that it was all leaking. Even the paper with which she wrapped it was all wet with butter. I believe the staff should be trained well.

β β β β β April17 20022 A young lady working there had helped me I am diabetic and my sugars had dropped she helped me by calling my daughter and stayed with me till my daughter arrived. Best customer service from this empathetic young lady .I hope to come back and thank her in person
