C	Creative Kristin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im not normally one to gossip but.......I Ordered a breakfast sandwich and a muffin. Drive home to open a donut... no muffin. It's for my 5 year old and she won't eat a donut. Drive back to the store, ordered a muffin AGAIN... paid for it.. didn't ask for a refund... but I told the lady at the window what had happened. I wasn't going to say anything, but she found it funny that I was back in the drive thru 10 minutes after She had just seen me. I showed her the donut, explained the situation. She gives me a zero customer service skills, deadpan stare and says "Have a good day" Ummm, how about "Im sorry that happened." AT THE VERY LEAST. This location has 2.4 stars for a reason. Ive got stories like this for days.
J	Jeremy Kinder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There seems to be in my experience never any doughnuts or muffins left after 330 in the afternoon. I am not sure if management knows this or not. Could not even get a cup of decaf. It is hard to sell what you don't have.
E	Eva Sarson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start by saying I tried to find a way to contact a manager first and could not so now I come here to let them know the experience I had. This morning was in the drive through and noticed that there were two of my coffee on the screen instead of the one. I mentioned I just wanted one thinking maybe she didn’t hear me right, and was spoken to rudely(with a raised voice) which was not called for. I got to the window and asked the young woman if that was her I was speaking to and she took my money, ignored me, put my change on the counter and walked away taking someone else’s order. Thank you to the young woman who gave me my coffee and change who also apologized for the rudeness. It would have been nice just to mention it to the person responsible or a manger.
o	ozzyRBLX on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered coffee, then took a sip realized it was earl grey, quickly got mad and walked back in to get my refund. How do you even mess that up, tea is so different than coffee?!?

L	Lakin L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the absolute worst Tim Hortons, probably fast food place I’ve ever been too. The staff are rude and ignorant. I pulled up to the window at 06:55 by 07:00 I realized there the vehicle that was in front of me was getting on the highway, so I said “hello” four times and still no response. I drove to the window and the ONE staff memeber was just standing staring at me like he didn’t know what was wrong. Why could they have not said, “we will be with you in a moment”?! I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER EVER GIVE THIS FRANCHISE ANY OF MY MONEY!!!!!!!!! It should be closed such a disappointment in a small town. Would expect more.
F	FLY CANUK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Much improved, I was here last year and had a terrible experiences very similar to the other complaints (un attentive staff poor order accuracy slow service / long wait times etc) today was my first time back in a long time (wanted to give it another chance) And this was the first time I have ever had quick friendly service. I will come back at a later date and see if this service holds up. If not I’ll lower my rating back down.
