β β β β β I was very pleased with the service I received today. I had pre-ordered 3 party platters for pick up at 5:00. When the order was written down, it was a sloppy 5 that looked like an 8. So naturally they were not ready when I went to pick them up. The girls that were there were very appologetic and busted their asses to get these platters done for me. It took them about 25 minutes, but they gave me 10% off and a container of free cookies. I think the girl said sorry to me about a dozen times. They did a great job this evening. My daughter also walks there regularly for her ham and mayo sub. Great establishment and great customer service skills. You don't get that to often and I'm a firm believer that if you buisness sucks, I won't tell you. I'll just not come back. But GOOD SERVICE, creates repeat customers (which we are) and the job they did today is deserving of a good review. Keep up the good work ladies.

β β β β β Staff is usually good there. But lately you don't get what you are ordering, ask for a kid's Turkey get a 6',and charged for it. When you repeat yourself 5 times that it's a kid's meal you are ordering. Most times they are out of stock on product. Use to be the best place to grab a meal that's healthy.

But I don't feel I got anywhere near my $ worth.
Bread was stale. Barely any toppings. Toppings tasted old at noon.
First time back to subway in like 3 years, won't be back

β β β β β Ok so just order 2 soups and 2 sandwiches and a dozen cookies. Paid before I got my sandwich, all good, then I'm waiting for soups, waited 9 minutes after I paid for them to grab it from back portion each soup out and microwave it right there in front of me, I know this isn't homemade soup but how hard is it to have the pot ready like every other subway. It floored me that not only I waited so long for my fridge cold soup to be portioned and heated but then they just looked at me while I waited and asked me to move for the next customer. I used to love this subway, the new staff not so much. And my soup is still freaking cold!!

β β β β β Penhold Subway is the place to go! I needed Platters Catered to a Christmas party and they hooked us up with 275 premium subs! They were fast and efficient in handling any request or change I made. An absolute pleasure to do business with and answered all my questions. They also went above and beyond making all the subs with FRESH bread, meat & ingredients. Great store, great staff, great management. 10/10 experience.

β β β β β Ordered a meatball sub and learned they donβt keep the meatballs warm and on the line visible, like most Subways, they keep an uncovered pan cold and underneath the counter. Said no to that and when I said I was there for 3 subs, they only had enough bread ready for 1.
Left and drove to Innisfail where they were fully stocked!
