★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Tims in the Shoppers Mall is the worst Tims i have come across. I ordered Potato Wedges and they were absolutely hard felt like expired long time ago. I also ordered Chipotle dipping with it and it turned out to be a Smoky Chipotle from Superstore because the owner never orders from Tim Hortons' supply and buys the sauce from Superstore in order to save money. Also the quantity of the sauce was like a pinch of salt and pepper. Would never recommend food from that store and i also request Tim Hortons company to do a surprise check on this store in order to catch them doing this kind of mal-practice. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered an iced coffee around 2pm. It was not busy that day for dine in and drivethru. My friend and I ordered a large iced coffee light ice. My drink was the one on the right (underfilled and the liquid is not even on the top line of the cup). I asked the lady who prepared my drink if she can add a little bit more because my friend’s drink looks filled. She answered me back with “that’s because I made her drink wrong”. She took my drink with and walked away with an attitude. She added more coffee and handed it to me, I thanked her and she just walked away. I never put an attitude on her but she was really rude.
