★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is how it looked, and they were totally slammed. Either not enough staff or exceptionally poor management of the front, drive through and mobile orders left us waiting 20 minutes for food that ended up being mostly wrong. Sorry, I don't normally post negative reviews like this, but I just had to call these guys out on mismanaging expectations or priories and seemingly hanging their poor staff out to dry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience.... we were on the bus( Rider express)... we went to order food and there is enough staff like 3-4 employees were working.... bt they were like we don't have staff so you have to come by car from drive thru... otherwise service is not available..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From year's of stopping in at this Tims location I can say it has steadily gone down. My 82 year old mother came out of the washroom after travel long Europe and Africa and said these have to be the most disgusting filthy toilets I have been in. Then after taking our order and looking around it was consistently filthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ let down again by this location. placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up, they didn't have 2 of the things I ordered and already paid for. They got me to pick two different items, but those things didn't equal what I already had paid.. And then, they didn't put extra sauce on my chicken sandwich like I had ordered and they very clearly only put cream cheese on one side of the bagel that I got instead of one of the other items. The coffee was done right, though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally mismanaged! There was at one point 7 people plus me standing there wondering what was happening with our orders. The first one had been waiting 25 mins for 3 drinks, the second had been waiting 15 minutes for one cup of coffee, and we had been there 25 minutes before someone asked what we were waiting for and started making it. The people with the 3 drink order they just had no idea what they had ordered so they just asked the customer too.
So really I think the problem is the front staff training: I’m other Tim’s the person taking the order makes the drinks. But really the manager on duty didn’t really act like he cared, slow as molasses. Started making the wrong order too. Whoever owns this place needs to step in and train better — the guy behind the till had no idea he was supposed to make drinks or get donuts!
