★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm only giving 1 star because I can't leave zero. I've been here several times in a pinch and not once have I had even remotely a good experience. Worst pet store I've ever been to. Manager is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered and makes every trip into the store an awful experience. She will snap at and insult customers and I've witnessed hwr treating staff poorly repeatedly. The people that work for her are wonderful but I can't justify going in there and giving that awful woman my money. Not even too mention that their products are massively overpriced and many of them are low quality. If you have any pet other than a dog you're not going to be able to find what you need, the manager will most likely be unwilling to try to order it in for you. If you do find what you need you're going to pay an exorbitant amount for a product that will be dirty/broken or unsafe/unsuitable for your pet. There is absolutely nothing they can offer you that you're not better off ordering online or going out of town for.
