★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really like Tim’s here , but we find on the weekends it is a bit slack , we are sitting having supper and there some people with no masks coming in and going the same that door they came in , plus not sure if the tables are washed consistently ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont normally do this, but absolute worst service. More often then not they get the order wrong then proceed to argue that the order was wrong. Talking to the manager is pointless. I called the manager, her first response was " what should I do about it ? Beat my staff ? "

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean store, clean bathrooms! Fresh food and a good selection of delicious donuts and muffins. The coffee ... well like always it’s just what keeps the day going. Service was all with smiles and very friendly. Went there twice this weekend from a couple hours away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went through the drive through during night shift and ordered three different drinks which were all the wrong order. The first order was supposed to be a white hot chocolate with a chai tea bag which ended up being a regular hot chocolate with an apple cinnamon tea bag. All the other orders turned out wrong as well even though on the screen the orders were entered in correctly. I can’t 100% say that it was intentional but I can’t see how that could be just a simple mistake. Not only that but we couldn’t hear the guy on the intercom at all, it just sounded like he was mumbling the whole time we were trying to communicate. I can say I’m honestly not impressed with the service during night shift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. I visit nipawin 4 times a year and I dread going there everytime. The staff are rude and hardly listen. The order is wrong 95% of the time. The manager/owner doesn't care. He'll gladly replace the items but it's 10 times more trouble than it's worth. I hope this location gets shutdown. Get an owner who actually can run a business or find someone who can. Stay away if you value your time, money, and sanity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's always professional and polite as it should be, just this one time, the manager kind of laid a dirty eye/word, on me even though I had my "COVID vaccine cards" she still talked down on me, and yes I'm a brown, Indian woman, status of course, which shouldn't matter but it seemed like it did, she was an old white lady, no smile, mean miserable glare, and no intention in serving me even though I had my vaccine, which she asked for so o can dine in, so I left because all of that didn't matter anyway because all of that didn't matter anyway I didn't mean to look like I was dining in, I was only sitting down for a minute waiting on my order once I left I walked behind her and grabbed my order on the till and walked out,
but " Other then that " everyone else is very polite, all smiles and they serve you as quick as possible, very satisfied with the workers.
#4 star for me.
