J	J N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the fact in the drive through they don't push hash browns and expresso shots like other places do but...the most important thing that is the coffee always seems wrong. I ordered a black dark roast and a DD dark roast on weekend and DD was so sweet I had to throw it out and the black was a dd. Today I got another dd and I can't even drink it's so sweet nowhere the level of sweetness at any other Tim's. The people I have to say are pleasant but definitely get a handle on measurements for the coffee it's really not good at all.

Seems to be conveniently working when there’s no line up though so I’m convinced they claim it’s broken to save time when there’s a lot of customers lined up. Do not recommend.

Every time I order at this location my food is made wrong, they can't seem to make anything the way you ask, and then give you attitude when you speak up that they made it wrong and you want what you ordered. The employees have no customer service skills, extremely rude. Just had my bacon bagel belt handed to me completely charred, it was burnt black a full inch on each half of the bagel.. and the employee serving me had the audacity to give me a attitude when I brought it to her attention and asked for a new sandwich. If you can't toast a bagel properly or speak to customers without being rude, then you're working in the wrong Industry.

Ordered the new roast beef sandwich, got back to work, wrong order. Walk back and they are waiting for me. As you can see this is the worse sandwich I have seen or tasted. Once again you did not disapoint, in dissapointing me. Why are they ALWAYS like this? Will not be back. Oh, and their vanilla cold brew is awful as we.
