★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff who work at the front desk are incredibly nice and professional. These individuals could teach a course on customer service. I had both called in and came into the store a few of times. And during all interactions, they took the time to answer our question and in my opinion, went above and beyond to show us their products and gave us options to what we were looking for. Highly recommend visiting TileMaster

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy the Piezas especials mosaic. It's total garbage. The backing doesn't stick to the sheets so when you go to put it down you got pieces falling off the whole sheet. It was terrible to work with. The 1 hour job took me 3 hours to do. They even had it showcased. It's terrible.

Went there theee times already and nobody greeted us or welcomed us. They can see that I am waiting by the customer service area but no one even offered or asked if I need anything,there were no other customers at that time. I had to ask , can someone help me? I wish they are more friendlier there. I did not feel welcomed there at all! we still bought coz they have good products but bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I've seen a big change at this store all the regular people are gone and the new staff don't seem to concerned or eager to help. Their knowledge on products they carried was lacking, at least that's what I noticed. There didn't seem to be anything new there and a lot of products had discontinued signs on them. Maybe they should remove all of them and replace them with newer stuff? Do think I'll be going back, sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk is teeming with staff, but most are consumed in their own conversations. The process to check out is painfully slow. And the pick up process even more so. I had to follow up myself with an order that they had said they would call me about when it arrived. They sent me to the pick up dock on the side, where I waited for 10 mins and no one was around. Finally went back in to find out what was going on. The rep went to check and told me there was only one person working and they were putting together an order. No one else was waiting. A logical process would be to take care of your customers who are present at that moment so they can be on their way. Continued waiting.... Prices are not particularly competitive, even with a contractor's discount. Long story short, would not recommend.
