Food was not that good but the low rating is for service. I got a 5 day plan. First day the delivery person didn't knock or ring the doorbell. Crows got into the container before we even got to the door. My husband was waiting for it and was at the door not even 10 minutes later (he checked the camera to confirm). I messaged them that day and told them about it. Not only did I not get a response but the same thing happened thr very next day. I then told them to please cancel it so it didn't happen again. They still dropped off the rest of the meals as usual (we luckily kept a close eye the remaining days and got the food before the crows did) but I've gotten no response from them regarding this issue.

I got my first delievry of food today and I am not disappointed with the quality. The food is delicious. The worst part is lack of communication and customer service in the operating chain especially the front desk customer service. It seems like they are not interested to hear you and accept your business. No greetings, No thank you, every time it is a different person and you have to explain the same situation. You are asked to text and that text message problem is never resolved. Horrible customer service experience. Such good food quality needs better staff to expand business

Their delivery is 0, therefore they deserve a 0 start. If they want to run a delivery business they should fix this part first. I placed an order on Tuesday, starting from next Monday. They sent a refund on Sunday, without any explanation and cancelled the order that was due for next day's delivery. When I connected with their agent via Chat, he/she told me they cancelled it because they couldn't fit into their delivery schedule with 2 hours window and food might go bad. I'm in North Van within 30minutes from their location but that was the excuse. Why not tell me the same thing when I placed the order or next day, why wait a whole week and tell me Sunday that you can't make Monday's delivery. This doesn't give me enough lead time to order another service like Yogis kitchen. Just an awful experience...

Dry, flavourless meals, unreliable delivery, one meal not as advertised (chicken instead of paneer). Have requested a refund for the remainder of the meals as it's not worth the $

The Picture Is Just From One Bowl Of Curry 'Is This Healthy"? Ask Yourself. After giving them tons and tons of chances, I finally cancelled after 1 and a half year! Never met my order prescriptions and thinsg to avoid for health reasons. It was for free and always threw away 70% of the meal and had to cook on my own even why I was wasting the money on this. Well, I wish there was a negative rating! From taste to everything, --A Negative Rating. Stop playing with the money of the hard workers!

I have been a subscriber for 3 months now. Some issues I deal with every single day: -late deliveries (6pm instead of 3pm) -Driver not buzing my building (20% of the time) -Driver leaving my food in my building’s main lobby and not my unit room (50% of the time) -I have asked for double rice instead of roti, sometimes I only get single rice and no roti -Salad shouldn’t be called salad, it’s disgusting -In last three months, I haven’t seen a single piece of mushroom, broccoli, cauliflower or any veg. All you get is lentils, peas, potatoes and cottage cheese. -dont even ask for taste, it’s very plain and boring -and on top- the worst customer service ever seen in Vancouver

I would rate this as 1 star because- Delivery- 0/10. Consistently got my lunch after 1pm through the week. Food was always cold. Taste- 2/10. I give it 2 because I only liked the tandoori sprout that was given once as a part of a main dish and the paneer was ok. Apart from that, on Wednesday my lunch was almost inedible- Huge blob of paneer not sure how to eat that. And Thursday I received an avocado salad with avocados totally brown, most of the meals had raw salad only which barely had taste and it didn’t taste fresh. I requested for a gluten free alternative, most days I got it but food was tasteless. On friday(today) I received roti with rice. Value for money- 0/10. I paid 17 dollars a meal for a fusion veg meal for 5 days and I could have gotten a much better for that cost. The quantity was so less it didn’t even suffice me for 2 hours.

Tiffin Service by SILK is all time savior for me. I have tried ordering on weekly subscription from silk after one of my friend suggested about them. until now I have a pretty positive feedback about food taste, packaging and "Hygiene". Kindly work on your delivery service and you guys are best in town. A kind gesture of Yellow Rice on the occasion of Basant panchami with a sticky note message force me to give you a five here.
