If you're looking for a rushed job and a house made of cheap materials, this is the developer for you! They make false claims and won't fix serious structural issues.

Not even one star actually. We lined up all night in the freezing cold (1st in line) to buy a house and these guys only took the customers that had agents that paid a certain amount of money "buy in" to get a spot. Not how to do business and not ethical at all. Glad we did not end up buying from this builder.

My Tiffany Park home is my third newly built home. Compared to the previous builders I dealt with, Tiffany Park has horrendous customer service. The home construction is your basic quality, nothing special, and trying to follow up with this builder on any outstanding repairs is a nightmare. They start a repair only to leave it partly completed, never to be seen again. When you try and follow up, they are insolent and do any and everything to avoid completing the work. I would never recommend Tiffany Park Homes.

I would like to share a recent incident with Tiffany Park Homes and their partner Prestige Granite Design. Once upon a time we purchased a luxury townhouse with Tiffany Park Homes. We chose a marble pattern design to be installed in all our bathrooms at the Decor meeting. After we moved in we discovered a few large white scuff marks on our master bathroom counter top. We arranged, via the 30 Day Tarion form, to have it replaced. A new one was installed and we discovered large amount of suspicions stains underneath the counter top (first two pictures) as well as it was a different pattern from the original one (pictures 3 and 4). We requested that it be removed as we were unsure of the toxicity of the stains and preferred the original pattern . Prestige offered to clean it but we questioned why it was so stained in the first place. When we again requested a replacement that was the same as the original counter top we were informed from Tiffany Park Service department that there was a statement on the signed waiver of the Decor form that "re natural stones marble can come with shading, veining, and pattern variances from one end of the piece to the other and in addition marble can come with extrusions, surface scratches and fissures". Furthermore, the original pattern cannot be replaced as the counter tops were cut from the same marble slab. We would have accepted this if we were informed when we requested the change. We ended up keeping the replacement and asked for the underneath be scoured and sanitized which was agreed to. The moral of the story is be sure to read all documents before you sign. We recommend that better communication and explanations be offered at the beginning of a situation which would resolve conflicts before they escalate.
