★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was really looking forward to a one stop shop for a bathroom Reno. Receptionist was on the phone the whole time. No one else in the store, I was browsing for 20 mins, not one acknowledgement of my existence. Will take my business elsewhere.

Stock wasn't available so the lady put in an order from Edmonton warehouse and told me it would be in by the 8th. I called to see if it had arrived and the order was never placed ! Do not recommend this place !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to their new showroom a few times during the renovation of my house and I was very impressed with their customer service and product quality. The newer woman working at the desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. I think her name was Anna. Would go back here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing showroom with knowledge staff. Always new products arriving keeping up with the design and trends of the changing world of tile. Large format porcelain tile is becoming more and more popular and there showroom has so many samples to see. I highly recommend checking it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to meet our needs throughout our renovation project. All of the tile we received was high quality and much of it was available to pick up from the warehouse right away. Anything we had to order came in promptly and staff stayed in regular contact with us to update us on the status of our orders. I would definitely recommend Tierra Sol.

That, together with Marilyn's professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail is a sure win combination! More specifically, if it hadn't been for Marilyn, I truly believe my renovation would have been delayed. She is a rock star! Thanks Marilyn!
