★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted Eduardo back in February 2021 to get a quote to grade and sod my backyard. He was very friendly, came by to take a look and sent me a quote. We agreed to a price and he told me the work would start end of March, beginning of April. He emailed me in March saying the work would start the first week of April. First week of April passes, then the second week - hadn't heard from Eduardo. Over the next two weeks I followed up with two emails, a text, and two calls where I left voicemails. I heard no response, nothing. I called the company who recommended him to confirm he was okay, and they confirmed he was. Thankfully no money exchanged hands but I was very disappointed with the customer service. A call or email letting me know he was unable to do the work would have been appreciated as I had been waiting on him to start the work and it was difficult to find someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Tico Landscaping to power rake, aerate and overseed & topsoil by back lawn (~700 sq ft) in May 2021. Eduardo scheduled a time quickly to come with one other employee and they spend about 3/4 of a day doing the work. Eduardo said he would come back in 2-3 weeks to advise on the progress of the lawn. I reached out to Eduardo to schedule the follow up appointment and he confirmed on a Friday that he would come by the following Monday. He never showed up and I tried reaching out to him over the next 2 weeks and he never got back to me. Super weird. I'm not sure if he's still in business or just ignoring my calls. Either way it's very unprofessional behavior from a business owner to a paid customer. The lawn looks ok but there are some patches that I'd love to have addressed. For $1000 for 700 sq ft, I feel there should be some follow up to address those areas.
