★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our building had a contract with RedDoor for over 2 years. They did *not* honor the basics, would leave half way thro jobs, and billed us for hours that their staff never actually worked. Really disappointed in their service.

The team at Red Door was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through all aspects of their project, starting with design and following through to the last day of their install. We would highly recommend working with Red Door and will continue to work with them on future projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we moved to Victoria, having an outdoor space that we could enjoy year round was a real priority for us. Red Door took the time to listen and consult with us on several occasions before initiating any work. Logan took our ideas and created a vision for a Japanese zen-inspired garden that exceeded our expectations. It included a pond and a beautiful dry river bed rock feature which we still admire to this day.
Red Door staff were thoughtful, hard-working and clearly passionate about what they do. We formed such a strong connection through the project that we have continued a friendship to this day.
Since the original build, we have continued to be repeat customers for any landscape related work. We have appreciated Logan's professional expertise and in all these years, our trust in him and Red Door remain high.

Logan is an incredibly talented designer and landscaper and we really appreciated that he always took the time to listen to our concerns and was willing to do that little bit extra to make sure we were happy. We are absolutely thrilled with how our backyard turned out and look forward to enjoying it for many years to come.
