★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't even know there was a Thule Store in the Greater Vancouver Area. Was pleasantly surprised when I found out there is one at Park Royal. I went in to grab a Gauntlet laptop case and the staff were super helpful both on the phone and in person. I much prefer to purchase things in person instead of paying and waiting for shipping. As anyone who owns any Thule products knows, they're the best of the best! My only sadness is that the laptop case only comes in a 13 inch or 16 inch. I wish there was one in-between

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at Thule were awesome in providing attentive service and went far and beyond in ensuring my order got to me quickly and hassle-free. I mentioned to my wife after placing my order with Dan Guisado that most brick and mortar retailers and on-line providers could seriously learn "Customer Service" from the staff at Thule Main Street store and their product installer Rack Attack in Victoria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an issue with the part number we ordered (vehicule 2022)…..we called Terrance in Thule store in West Vancouver and he took 15 minutes of his precious time to try to figured out with me. I asked him questions and questions and questions and he gave me all my answers with patience. I was just so happy!!
I got the best service of the world at THIS store…..Thank you Terrance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a lot of research before i decided on the Thule Urban Glide Double stroller for my little’s. Thankful I went with it! And really happy I went to the Thule store instead of ordering online, the guys were extremely helpful showing me all the bells and whistles, and showing me how to install the car seat adapter so i knew what i was doing once i got home. Great experience

We own or have owned almost every Thule product but without knowing this, the friendly staff at this new store bent over backwards to resolve an ongoing technical issue we have been having with a deflating rear tire on our Urban Glide 2. They basically gave me a tire! This is a beautiful store and I look forward to being a regular customer. Thanks team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this store and staff 10 stars I would. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help me find the best rated bike rack for my needs. They were very patient and and friendly to my 4yr old who was running around the place. They also did a fabulous job installing my rack and made expert recommendations about the roof rails I will need for my next Thule purchase!

I went in to get a Thule Urban Glide 2 for my son, having heard great things about its functionality. The manager was incredibly nice, helpful, and informative, as was the other staff member that day. They unpacked it, put it together, inflated the tires and checked it over, and we were able use it out the door.
The store is well laid out and bright. I loved the Thule roof racks I've had in the past, and it's great to actually be able to see all of the new options in front of you. I'll be getting one from this store when the time comes. The Chariot bike trailer is also tempting...
I had no idea Thule made some of the other cool stuff they have in store. It is definitely going for a visit to have a look.
With Ambleside just across the parking lot, I was able to immediately try out the stroller on a lovely walk. My son approved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was thrilled to happen upon this new store. Awesome to have so many of Thule’s brilliantly designed gear in one swank store. I happened to be looking for a ski attachment for our chariot and the manager went above and beyond to get it for me (he drove to another store to pick it up!). These guys are great! we already know how great the products are - fun to check out some of their backpacks and strollers
