Three Way Electrical started in 2002 by Wes Buse and Michael Buse, 2 hard-working brothers that wanted to make a difference in the electrical industry in the greater Edmonton area. They are organized, efficient, reliable and have tremendous product knowledge which helped guide us through the project and achieve amazing results. They made what could have been a difficult electrical implementation, easy and stress free. Hard working, skilled electricians like Nick and James, coupled with organized knowledgeable project managers like Wes and Mike, made our job go smooth and problem free. They worked well with the other trades ( lighting automation company) and were the best trade we worked with on our project. Don't even think about hiring anyone else. 5 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three Way did a great job on our very large and very complicated new build private residence. They took care or our inside and outside electrical and had to collaborate with many different trades in the design and installation and maintenance. The owner was always very courteous, professional and attentive throughout the entire process which ended up being an approximate 3 year project. I would recommend them. They were easy to work with and they kept the same electricians on our project throughout the 3 year period to ensure there wasn't any gap in understanding the project. Any deficiencies that existed even up to 2 years later they never questioned anything they just took care of it. GREAT. Thank you Wes and Team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has been working on a house in our neighbourhood for a while now and they continually park over the sidewalk all day, everyday. This is a very high traffic pedestrian area and it forces people to either walk in the road or around their giant trucks in the icy part of the driveway. Its a high pedestrian traffic neighbourhood near U of A and there are seniors walking dogs, university students, kids walking to school, etc. etc. Their ongoing behaviour is causing a very dangerous situation. Residents have told the workers on several occasions that this is actually illegal and there has been no response or respect for the residents here. 311 has and will continue to been notified.
Response to Owner - Thanks for the response and action. But I really don't care if parking is a challenge for you (or anyone else working there). Its something you should consider when bidding a project. Just because you guys are too lazy to go get a temporary contractor parking permit is no reason for someone to get hit by a car or slip and break their leg on the ice.

He reviewed the cost of the parts and reached out to ensure we were good with the cost in advance of installing our surge protector. He made sure to set reasonable expectations regarding what we could expect as a result of the installation. He arrived on time and when he needed to grab a part he let me know when he would be back.
On a previous job I asked for a hot tub panel installation and he came out, review the set up and sent me a quote of what he thought the installation would cost and the actual costs were bang on. He reached out in advance of our meeting to confirm the time and then sent me a text when he was en route.
As a write these things down they seem like simple little things that don't seem worth mentioning but these little things ultimately are a big deal because they really make you feel well cared for. It's more than just getting some electrical work done - he truly cares to make it a positive experience too.
I definitely would not hesitate to refer him to my close friends or family. Thanks so much Sam for your great work!
