Josh sent a technician out immediately, within hours of my call (on the weekend) - his tech identified the issue quickly, and dumbed it down for me... explained exactly what was wrong in terms I understood. Josh then sourced the part I needed, which was discontinued (I have an old, outdated panel, so he had to look around a bit) but as soon as he found the part (the next day) he came by himself and installed it so I didn't have to go without laundry. I will 100% call them again for any electrical needs.

Both Estimating and Front Desk were also very polite and helpful.
I would definitely have this as my go to for electrical needs, for sure!
