★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy knows nothing about tax filing in the US or Canada and was constantly misinterpreting what I was saying, as well as contradicting the views of both US and Canadian tax agencies. I wanted an answer to a basic IRS tax filing issue (apparently this dude deals with US taxes....sighs) and this guy went on a totally different tangent questioning my residency history and making me feel guilty for no reason at all. Horrible experience! Please avoid this dude at all costs. You are much better off getting your taxes done yourself than relying on this guy. It's shocking how someone like this guy has been trusted as an IRS tax agent.
