On a eu deux demandes pour lui pour du après-service (surtout lié aux fonctions, avec lesquelles on n'était moins à l'aise). Il a pris le temps de venir entre deux clients. Deux mois plus tard, nous avons eu un soucis (finalement c'était un problème de toiture et il l'a détecté lui-même), et il a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer alors que le problème n'est pas lié à son travail.
