★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best place in the world to camp with kids of any age! They have a private lake with a private beach and dock, plus a pool, showers, and a beautiful hiking trail. The wilderness campsites are far enough from the trailer park to feel like you're in the wild but close enough that you know you're safe. We didn't love the slope of our site at first but then one night stormed like the dickins and that slope is what saved us from being flooded! PLUS! The seasonal trailer ladies put on a bingo game in the rec hall for all the kids during the storm with prizes for everyone! They have horse shoes and a pool and foosball table. The owners are wonderful and make you feel like family. They sell wood that is cheap and seasoned and burns well - they even deliver it! And there are more and cleaner porta potties than most campsites I've been to. I was nervous bringing toddlers camping for the first time but they had a blast so did my teenagers and so did the adults! I have been 3 times now and will go back again and again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We yanked the trailer around all last summer,what a drag! We found this place,and loved it as soon as we pulled into the drive. The 2 year new owners are helpful and pleasure to be there whenever you need them. The park is a 5 star resort in my eyes. Anyways now we are seasonal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been 5yr's here and this will be our 6th season. Deb and Jack the owners, have worked very hard to make this a unique trailer park. If you don't want your neighbour 2ft away from you and prefer your privacy, this trailer park has the largest lots we have ever seen! They have very few spots left. Worth a call!! Have a rec hall, pool, small lake and great neighbours!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a peaceful, friendly, clean trailer park, then this is it! We had a seasonal site this summer at the Woods and enjoyed our stay immensely. We just happened to luck out and have a beautiful site right on the water. The sites are spacious. The neighbors friendly and helpful. For the most part the park was quiet and relaxing. There is plenty of wildlife to watch for. We unfortunately, have the traveling bug and with a heavy heart made the decision to leave wishing we, could do both. Jack and Debbie were so welcoming that we are going to miss them very much but we will be back to camp for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to explore the place so i could rent a spot for my trailer,met an owner in front of office building.
He sounded very rude and said its a private park,when we had just parked in the visitor parking.
we drove there for 3 hours, it made me feel very uncomfortable.
never ever coming back here.
to me it seems he was not comfortable with my skin color.
sorry to say,i wont recommend this place to any of my friends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend's parents have a trailer on the hill overlooking Jay Lake, it is so gorgeous! The owners are really nice fun people and the community is great, there are always activities in the hall on Long weekends. I'm also pretty sure across the lake they have campsites you can rent out nightly as opposed to parking a trailer or a camper there for the season! Really pretty, quiet lake, definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful weekend here, although it was rainy when we visited.
The folks who live in the park are all very friendly and were welcoming to us outsiders who were just camping for the weekend. My friends and my wife and I had a really large campsite - four tents, and four cars - and we probably could've fit another ten tents on the size. Waterfront access, which was great, although mucky.
This park is beautiful if you are looking for a nice, friendly and well-maintained alternative to the provincial park system (or if it's booked up)!
