★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Wellness Lab YEG is the best place to get a massage. All of the RMT’s are professional, knowledgeable and offer a range of different services. Their space is clean, relaxing and they offer direct billing. Highly recommend them for deep tissue, cupping or graston. I’ve never felt better after an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for the first massage in my life with Alex. Had an absolutely phenomenal experience! The Wellness Lab YEG was extremely clean and strongly eminated a calming vibe. Alex was extremely professional and made me feel perfectly comfortable. She was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with exercises I could use in my day to day manage my back pain. Will definitely be a repeat customer! 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alexandra Nahirniak has some amazing techniques for my myofascial neck pain! When I switched massage therapists from another therapy clinic, I felt like I was at a huge loss because I had such a great relationship with my old massage therapist, but Alexandra's new techniques were really amazing and I got so much relief from just the first session. She's also very personable. Highly recommend!!

My therapist, Russel D. was very professional and I feel like he really listened to me when I explained what was bothering with me with my back.
I was in a car accident last year and have had issues with my back ever since and Russell had helped relieve some of my pain. I look forward to our next session and hopefully becoming pain free soon.
Thank you Russel and the Wellness Lab!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alexandra is phenomenal. She goes after my problem areas and really pays attention to what I am needing from each massage. She explains what she is doing to treat the issues and is always very good about ensuring that I am comfortable and not causing me any unnecessary discomfort and pain. I've seen her several times now and will surely continue to do so. I always leave feeling great and so much better than when I arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really nice massage from Russell and an Osteopathy Assessment. He explained everything really well and I feel like I understand how my body works better, which is neat!
The massage made my back feel so much better. I had a lot of knots haha and I can feel the difference and can’t wait to go back for another massage. Definitely my new fave therapist in the city.
The clinic is very clean and well maintained and they direct bill which is easy.
