G	Gabrielle Lamontagne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no idea what the facial is actually like since I didn't end up getting it done. I called twice before earlier in the day to confirm appointment but no answer....bad sign. Went to my appointment early just in case and sat in waiting room with absolutely no staff. Someone approached me ten minutes after my appointment was supposed to start (had been sitting in waiting room for about 25 minutes) while I was DRIVING AWAY. She told me it would be another 10-15 minutes if I wanted to wait...Looking back it's actually hilarious but it sucked at them time.
H	Hanna Oh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and sketchy. They forgot about my appointment, so after I made the trip to the salon, they made me reschedule and come back another day. The facial was mediocre and very rushed, and when I paid, the lady refused to give me any change (I'd given her about $5 extra). I pretty much always tip, so I let her keep it and even gave her an extra $10, but the way she just took my money, put it away and stared at me silently without saying thank you or asking if I wanted change was very strange. I regret tipping her now.

Instead of making me wait until she was done, the woman at the front desk (owner perhaps) ushered me into a room and had me get ready for a massage. Then she (owner) came in and started doing my massage, while telling me that she normally doesn’t do massages. After about 10 minutes she left to go take a call or tend to a customer so I waited for a few minutes. Finally the person who was initially supposed to do my massage cane in. I was there for a 60 minute massage. She spent about 40 minutes just on my back. Barely touched my feet and legs. The oils used felt cheap. The room was cold. There was a heating lamp in the room, but she kept moving it away from me so pretty much the entire time, my feet were icy. And lastly, I could hear everything happening outside. I only gave this more than 1 star because I used the groupon so I didn’t spend that much and the back massage was at least good.

First time I had come close to falling asleep during massage. Cara was amazing and she focused on the problem areas I mentioned. Located conveniently and priced fairly. Thanks!

She got a really blessed hands.. and magical techniques to give a complete relaxation( which is I requested for) I would say she is very talented therapist! Dedicate and passionate about her profession..I would recommend this place.

I was able to ask questions with thorough responses and an insight to T.C.M ( traditional Chinese medicine) I can't wait to go back. Felt great and refreshed after my treatment. Highly recommend checking this one out.
