J	Jennifer Juniper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero tolerance to improper mask utilization. This woman is a staple of the island with an abundance of unique clothing and jewelry. I drag all my friends and guests. Always has a pleasing atmosphere with incense and music.

I had a review on here before but she apparently got it removed because of the overwhelming amount of negative reviews she received for her horrendous customer service. I was in once and pulled out my phone for a moment to text a friend that I’d missed the ferry. She proceeded to yell at me about being on my phone and then lectured me about my generation. Honestly shocked that this business somehow stays open cause I imagine most potential customers (like me) end up putting all their items back on the shelf. I imagine all the positive reviews are from people she knows.
M	Michael Wilkinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I came to Salt Spring Island with my family to enjoy the weekend at a local air b&b. Well that all ended when I met the owner of this establishment. I was not welcomed in and degraded because of my skin color. This is not a safe or respectable business. I will never try to visit this shop again and I am surprised that this is acceptable on Salt Spring Island. No photos allowed because everything made in this shop is a one off from overseas.

Owner remarked on my body type and said she didn't like me after berating my daughter who politely asked if we needed to wear a mask in the store. And she was wearing one at the time! She then proceeded to kick out all my daughter's friends. Will never go back, rudest store owner I've ever met.
B	Blare Conlin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noticed the store had a mask requirement, despite mandates being lifted. No problem - everyone has their right to request. I remained outside and just casually browsed the outdoor rack while waiting for the ferry. No more than thirty seconds in, I hear an aggressive series of knocks on the window and look up to see a woman jabbing her finger toward me. I'm weirded out so I turn to leave and hear her come around in a huff and say "Get off the walkway". Again I understand fear and hesitancy around non-masking, but that approach was way too much. Will not visit again.
W	Wesley Siegel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. She starting screaming at me to wear a mask before I even entered her store . Then she told me to shut up when all I said was hello to my girlfriend and mother to see if they were inside the store (while I was outside the store because she wouldn’t let me in because I didn’t have a mask (April 2nd 2022). Then when we tried to return the items she said there’s a no refund policy when she pulled that sign from under the counter on the spot .( not shown anywhere in the store ). So not only should she be charged with theft but also assault because she hit my mother on the back to get out of the store . Would give her zero stars if I could .
J	Julianna Hocevar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally thought the lady at the shop was very nice and i had no problem with the mask rules, its a highly confined space so i would understand why to mask up. Beautiful variety of treasures and i love all the felt hats and purses!

The owner had physically pushed us out of the store and had not given us the refund that we had wanted for items we had purchased just a few seconds prior. We had wanted to returned it because how rude she had treated my boyfriend who was waiting outside for us. She had mentioned that he wasn't wearing a mask when he was outside of the store where it is not required as of April 2nd 2022when this happened. She refused to give us our money back and was super condescending and had told him that she will go "look for his mommy" to a grown man. She is a miserable person with terrible reviews, making more sense now to as why her little business is doing terrible. She had physical pushed my boyfriend's mom out of the store. That is assault and her business should be put down. We did not receive a refund and she had thrown the products on ground. Bless your soul.
