The next day received a call from W&O (and an email when I didn't answer the call) and they left a message saying they had a look at the flowers in my order and they didn't look nice. They offered, at no extra charge, an upgrade which I gladly accepted. Great service, great product, very satisfied even though I live no where near Duncan. Thank you Willow & Orchid!

Upon realizing I made a couple of errors, I sent a correction to the shop and they responded promptly and the order was delivered same day. After the delivery, I heard from my friend that the bouquet was lovely and "smelled like summer". This was a positive experience all round. Thank you, Willow & Orchid!

Imagine my pleasure when the lily opened. Everything arrived so fresh. Highly recommended for artistic arrangement and quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a few bad experiences with a well known "National Flower Delivery Company" and wanted to try a local florist instead.
Ordered my mom a bouquet of flowers and a small gift basket of honey and jams for Mother's Day from Willow and Orchid. The service I received was wonderful, they were super flexible when I needed to change the pick up day and the arrangement was beautiful and excellent value. My mom has high standards and she loved them.
Would absolutely order from them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say they saved me! I did an online floral order that got cancelled on my moms birthday. I called and they did same day and within hours, delivered to Cobble Hill.
My mom said they where BEAUTIFUL and did as i asked lol no lilies. She also said everything was so fresh it took a little bit to start opening and then it was huge (i only saw these pictures of everything still closed lol, and then the rose when it was opening and of nothing else). I did mention that we had owned a floral business in the past, i just didn't mention it was me as i wanted to make sure she was given fresh floral. I did know it was not an auction day and they do have their floral brought over from the mainland but according to my mom who had spent plenty of time do arrangements, bouquets, and everything else with me she said they lasted weeks. So this shop does use good quality products and i will gladly support them in the future.
Thank you so much for making the surprise floral an great memory for both of us!
