★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! Someone broke my rear window and stole my back pack!!! Two ladies that were residents of the building told me this was a common practice! It has been happening to several people! Hard to believe they didn't know about it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ States you can pay and stay till 8:00 a.m. but the lot closes at 11 p.m. or 10 p.m. no sign warning of it but small sign at entrance stating 50 bucks to call to get in after hours...scam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicey place to park at if you are gonna be late to leave. Never know when the area might be unattended. If you are looking to hang out at the Craft Beer Market after 8 or 9 pm then it’s just better to look for free parking around East 1st Avenue.
I should have listened to the earlier reviewer who complained about a similar experience unfortunately there’s just not enough parking lots in this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for parking while visiting Craft beer market. Arrived at the parkade that was supposed to close at 11, to find that it was already locked at 10:50. Confused, spoke to security at Legacy liquor who told us to check the main gate around the corner... locked. Wandered around for a few more minutes trying to figure out what was going on, then saw the "after hours" sign. Called the number... voicemail (but time-stamped, still before 11). Back to Legacy. "Check the condo security desk, maybe he knows." Empty. Google: Impark. Call the number... Most useless and incomprehensible human I have ever spoken to. "Can't let your car out until 6am. It's after 11." I explained that i understood it was currently past 11, but it wasn't when we arrived at the locked parkade and that I had proof. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he explained that he couldn't transfer me because HE didn't think that HE wasn't satisfactorily responding to me.
It took us an hour to get our car out, and we succeeded with no help from the incompetent employees of this morally bankrupt company. It was a visitor that eventually heard my wife's pleas to help us get back to our 18 month old child and relieve his babysitter. I have never been more infuriated in my life.

Called the number, waited forever to be told they couldn't do anything. Interesting how they will ticket you for 2min but won't provide you with anything in return.

there was a telephone number for after hour gate opening. we parked the car, but after a lot of time on the phone, they said that they can't find this parking in their database and they can't open the door. Imagine being locked out of the parking at 11 PM among a lot of homeless people. It was really frustrating. I had to get a Lyft for 25$ to get home. It was really UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!
