★ ★ ★ ★ ★ World class service and food!! We had a large family dinner and the wait staff were incredibly attentive and kind. The food was also top notch - most of our guests ordered the Alberta Beef Experience and I was wondering when the steak knives would come out…they didn’t…because you didn’t even need one to cut your steak they were so tender.
The brunch is also fantastic and has options for everyone!!
We cannot wait to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends invited me to the Vermillion Room and surprised me with a birthday dinner. The cocktails list wasn't my favourite, but we ordered a lot of apps and mains to share for the table and EVERYTHING was great. Best of all, our waiter Daniel was FANTASTIC! He was committed to providing top rate service and somehow managed to run an exceptionally smooth table service despite us taking our sweet time. He knew it was a special evening and went way over and beyond in making it a great experience for us. THANK YOU DANIEL!!!
(Get the strawberry cheesecake!!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed our breakfast with the view and atmosphere of the dome! The dome is heated and decorated. The waitress provided great excellent customer service and helped us took a number of photos. Slight downside is somewhat overpriced here based on the food provided as compared to Fairview Lake Louise high tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited The Vermillion room for Sunday brunch this weekend. Food and service was great overall. Many of the buffet items were replenished quickly. They had a breakfast pastry station, eggs to order, dessert station, carved beef and other hot dishes. One thing to note parking is expensive at The Banff Springs ($11 an hour or $40 a day). I would recommend staying for a few hours to explore the grounds. It is truly a beautiful property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure why the reviews here aren't higher, we had a lovely experience! We ordered the escargot (a little disappointing, needed more garlic and butter), the beef tartare (so amazing), cheese and charcuterie (so amazing), scallops (so amazing), the burger (so amazing), and the cheese and pasta side (so amazing). That's a lot of so amazings.
The profiteroles were also fantastic :)
I'm horribly full, and very content.
The service was also prompt, attentive, and really really great (thank you, Christen!).
PS. Try the ginger beer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved it! To the point that on our second visit I couldn't help and order the short ribs for the second time... everything we tasted was absolutely amazing. Our server was chatty (definitely in a positive way), there's great ambience. I'm truly surprised this place doesn't have better rating.
