Fantastic service and even better priced service and merchandise....I ended up buying some house/cleaning items much better priced than what you would find at your local store or online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of the shop is truly a good person. We bought our Central Vac system here when we moved into our new home in Aberfoyle. I have had it for 8 years now and had three issues with it. Twice he stayed on the phone with me and walked me through the repair over the phone so that I would not have to pay for someone to come out which would have been a $150 charge each time. He walked me through testing the wires on the back of the unit and replacing a non working cover plate. Finally a warranty issue that he dealt with promptly. I really cannot say enough good things about him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great to see that so many reviewers are positive about their experience. I'm not one of those. I went in looking for a belt for a new vacuum - they didn't stock it, which is fine, but offered absolutely nothing about where I might consider getting one. When I asked, he just shrugged and made an inappropriate comment that I won't repeat here. If you need parts for a vacuum, save yourself the trip and use Amazon.
