No Stars. Similar to the recent experiences from below. Owner/worker in his 30-40's bald head is extremely rude and aggressive to every customer. He sits behind his des, is extremely lazy and never wants to scan or provide a receipt. Only after arguing with this individual do you finally get the confidence your package has documentation to prove it has been accepted. This person is clearly unhappy with his life or the job that he is doing and lashes out at every customer. He likely thinks every person that walks in is stupid, yet he is the one that works at a UPS store. There are other nearby locations, so avoid this one at all cost.

I give up on this location. They have the worst hours - seriously I think they only work mornings!! This is the 3rd time I’ve driven over based on their google store hours only to arrive and find out they’re closed!!! Seriously, please, it only takes a minute to update your business hours on the google site!!! From now on I’m not going to bother and will just go to the Sherway location instead. This owner obviously doesn’t need the business!

horrible experience, i paid almost 100 bucks for express delivery and they promised would be delivered the next day. not only didn't get delivered next day but 3 days after but they wont even refund anything. i would not recommend it at all !

No stars. The guy who works and maybe owns this location is a rude, aggressive, lazy person. He told me off for dropping packages here. He has tossed boxes around in front of me. Items dropped here are routinely not scanned. Every question or interaction is responded to with a sneer. Worst of all, I recently saw him in store, visibly sick with flu like symptoms and not wearing a mask. This guy has no time or respect for anyone but himself. Go to the Queensway location they are very nice. Edited in response from the owner to leave a "constructive" review: 1. Be nice to people. 2. Stop being so aggressive to your customers. 3. Stop complaining about receiving packages at your SHIPPING store. 4. Start scanning packages. 5. Start wearing a face mask during a global pandemic. 6. Don't come to work sick. 7. Smile at people instead of snarling. 8. Respect other people, including your customers. That should get you started.

Do not drop off anything at this store. It will be stolen and not delivered. I recently dropped something extremely expensive at the store. The staff member and 2 individuals luring around the store made it very sketchy. It almost seem as if they were waiting for something expensive to be delivered and steal. My package hasn’t been delivered, most likely it’s been stolen at this point. Hopefully, I somehow get reimbursed for my stolen goods.

CONSTRUCTIVE CRITISISM AS PER YOUR PREVIOUS COMMENTS TO OTHER POSTS Have you met John? Well, my husband did. It seems some rule can be broken sometimes by his staff but not all the time. He was rude to my husband and when I called to discuss the matter his staff blamed my husband. Really? I understand the customer is not always right but repeating the same thing over and over to a man with disabled wife who is unable to get to the location due to no accessible door and work issues is just wrong. Also screaming at customers while serving other customers wrong. Up until yesterday would have given this place 5 stars. Took off work to arrive at the store as the store hours say "9:00am to 6:30[," but no one there. Window was busted out in a few places so I guess someone else met "John". I guess you could call this my Dear John letter to UPS and store 176 225 The East Mall in particular. Going to try once more to pick up the package but have little hope the store will be open or my package will be there! ** PS left 2 voice mails and neither were returned. Read the other reviews and now I know why. What is your excuse John? Rain? Power Outage? Holiday Hours? Or are you just wishing you could win the lottery and sell the store?

Excellent customer service - friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. When I needed to ship three boxes that had some fragile items in them, the customer service rep (Taz) advised me to choose the least expensive option for air transport, rather than ground transport. It was ~20% more expensive, but had much lower risk of boxes dropping off conveyor belts. He also put highly visible "FRAGILE" stickers on all the boxes. That was good advice - all the contents of the boxes arrived in fine condition. Also, at my request, they were able to hold the boxes for a few days until I gave them the green light for pick up by UPS. I'd gladly do business with them again.

The staff member was very helpful, polite, helpful and upbeat even though busy! There were several people in line and I had to use the copy services I was interested not the only in the Post Office boxes but UPS usually does a pretty decent job for a good price.?‍♂️?? The location and staff are always hard working but people are only people there have been lots of movies like Castaway which I made a joke on a review of Wilson Station earlier which featured UPS and decades of hard-working people. The transport industry is something I've worked on and off in for 20 years everything from forklift Customs inside Sales & More.. So I always appreciate seeing a UPS driver and make jokes about how don't take offense that we call you Oops...???‍♂️??‍♂️???? Makes them chuckle. This is a decent location with a pleasant staff just try to be patient and polite.??
