β β β β β Always my go-to place if need to print and send a parcel as the staff is very polite and efficient all the time. But I visited there this week for sending a parcel. When I asked the manager about the price, his attitude is very unfriendly and even sneered scornfully. That's not the way you treat people! No one came there for humilating! Awful experience...

β β β β β When you search for a notary in Winnipeg the UPS stores show up and not just this location. They don't provide this service. When I called just to confirm the person was polite it explaining that they don't offer the service but argued that they don't show up as Notaries on Google even after I explained that's how I found their number.

β β β β β Customer service is very bad, asked for a receipt, said itβs not needed. After a few request they gave it. Also said the f word by mistake which shows the level of professionalism. Also no one ever receives after calling them countless times.

β β β β β Not specific to this store - Worst service ever my delivery date kept changing for 3 days and then all of a sudden it said that the address was Wong on my end even though that was not the case. In shot, took 7 more days then ETA to get my package and I had to pick it up from one of their access point.

β β β β β This place is incredible. I print here all the time, they are so accommodating, can print same day, and depending on the job even sometimes within the hour. The prices are very very reasonable. All the staff know what they are doing and will try to make it all work out for any printing job.
