K	Kejiro Obere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This particular ups store is the worst ever, the attendant is so rude and acts like she is doing customers a favour by shipping their parcels. I went there to drop off a Amazon return parcel and was there for over 45mins and just had 3 people before me; service is so slow and no apologies whatsoever. I visited the same ups store at Beddington and the attendant was super attentive and fast in delivering service to customers; I didn't spend 30secs in there for my drop off. Same ups service and different people and personalities with different attitude to work. I think the 32 street London square store should be shut down as the owners lack the relevant abilities to deal with other people.

First of all they Cale yesterday ring bell and runaway by the time I reach to open door they were gone. Secondly, the driver left a notice outside my door that they will try again. I waited all day today paid for the import charges online, my biggest mistake ever and they marked my parcel as delivered when the driver didn’t even come to my area. I was home all day and no one showed up probably delivered at wrong address. And now my parcel is LOST. I wanted to find out who the driver was today May 4 at saddletown area. Whoever it was either he kept package to himself or just lost it and I am so disappointed and mad at UPS. Never ever using their service

M	Maranatha Online Store on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a UPS location for all your Amazon drop-offs, this location is your to go. They also give you a drop off receipt ( hard copy, as a text or an email). I love the positive energy I feel when I come to ship, print,my documents. They have added printing on ceramic mugs and t-shirts, hoodies to their services. I strongly recommend this store.

The store was super busy and they had a lot of packages and they was about 8 other customers ahead of me. The young lady that was there keep reassuring everyone that she will be right with them and served us all in under 10 mins. Which was pretty past compared to the other location l went to. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!! I know how stressful it is. I used to work for UPS too.
D	DK Olaes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was not wearing masks, customers not wearing masks, store had parcels everywhere, no counter space to work. I checked off on the form that I didn't want a signature. Thankfully I was watching the till charges go through because she charged me for it anyways. When I said I didn't want it she said it was for the best this time of year. Everyone verify your charges on your bill. The second staff member was trying to help other customers and when someone had to pay for something she said the other person would take her cash...the other person was the one helping me. So she had to stop what she was doing and process the cash transaction. Not super impressed. Please do better.

Their services are not limited to paper/ banner prints, they also print on apparels (t-shirts, towels, hoodies) and ceramic mugs. They are one of the few that offer Amazon drop off service. Highly recommend this location for all your shipping and printing needs.
