We went from place to place, assessing accordingly, they were very patient with us, and we never felt like we were an inconvenience.
Chris's strong point is that he has a construction background. Any place that was a bit of a fixer-upper, we could bounce ideas off Chris in terms of what would work and what wouldn't and rough estimates of cost/time etc. This was extremely valuable to us.
Diana was a pleasure to work with, she is warm and engaging, yet I always felt like she had our back in any dealing that had to occur.
We decided to move again recently and used Chris, Diana, and this time Andrew (who is very pleasant) to sell our home. We took all their advice and were very happy with the outcome. I am happy to refer any of my friends to this wonderful team.
