We met Kristy three years ago when we decided to move into a bigger home. Simultaneously selling and buying your principle residence isn’t easy on a good day but throw in the fact that we were really picky with where we wanted to live and what type of house we wanted, she had her hands full! She quickly, and patiently, devised a plan which resulted in finding our new home exactly where we wanted to live and selling our existing home in just one day for well over asking - keeping in mind this was before Ottawa’s housing market exploded into a buyer’s market. As a testament to how incredibly pleased we were with our experience, we went ahead and purchased another property with them in 2021 - it was a no brainer! With this being our first time buying an investment property, we had no clue what we were doing but they guided us through the process, found a property, negotiated a fair price, and put us on the road to success! They both work incredibly hard, they are very responsive to their clients' needs regarding the home buying process (or the selling process if you are looking to sell). My Fiancé, Stephanie and I worked closely with Stuart to purchase our first home in the Summer of 2019. We were so impressed with the level of work ethic, professionalism, and transparency that we referred Kristy and Stuart to my sister, who subsequently purchased her first home in the summer of 2021. Whether you are selling, purchasing, or just have general questions surrounding real estate, you CANNOT go wrong with Kristy or Stuart. 15/10 would recommend!

They needed to sell their condo and another condo they had in the same building. Stuart and Kristy were great to work with. They gave good appraisals and were honest in their assessment of the market and timelines. My brother (who lives in Texas) and I acted for our parents and all of the transactions were handled smoothly with e-signatures. In the end, both condos sold in the time frames we hoped and the selling price was close to the market value suggested by Kristy and Stuart. I was always confident that they were conducting their business in an ethical and transparent way. Highly recommend!
