★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met with three real estate agents before selling my house and Chrissy was one of them. She impressed me right away with her confident and extensive understanding of the Beaverbrook Kanata market. I had some questions about other houses for sale in the area and she gave me a synopsis of each and an explanation of why each house achieved a particular price. I chose her and was very thankful that I did.
She had great advice for the time of year we should list, she arranged a home inspector to evaluate the house and give a report, she arranged for home stagers to spend a few hours at the house and give us a report and recommendations on how the house should be prepared for sale, she recommended professionals including a fireplace inspector to insure that all was up to code before the listing.
The listing itself included very professional photographs and a "3 dimensional tour" of the house all using the latest technology. Chrissy was responsive, a pleasure to dealt with, had great advice and is an expert in her field.
Chrissy and Paolo were a great team and achieved a wonderful result for me. My house sold over the listing price in one week.
