S	Sweet Angel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional :( First time my appointment was rebooked ,my tattoo artist hurt his back ..cancelled 30 minutes before my appointment. These things happen. I came in from out of town . So it was rebooked ..once again as I get into Ottawa ..I receive an email to be informed my artist can't do my tattoo's but another artist would do it..not enough notice since I was heading into Ottawa yet again. I felt very disappointed and upset ..I booked my tattoo appointment with him not another . Two trips to ottawa for nothing ..only good thing is I received my deposit back ..not even an apologie. Sadly I will never know the talent of the artist I chose and I will avoid this shop . And take my business elsewhere .

It was very clean, everyone was super nice and the artist really made us feel comfortable. I went in with the idea to get a camera and the artist took the idea and flew with it! They are professional, clean, experienced, polite and above all kind. All in all a wonderful experience. My thanks also on them supporting causes, like for instance last March holding a fundraiser for Ukraine. Good show all at "TheTattooMachine" :)

I was definitely nervous and Beau walked me through the entire process. Falken tattooed my two friends and he was super funny and inviting as well. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a tattoo. Super fast and amazing work.

Then COVID happened, so come March 2021 we realized our vouchers were expiring. We called Tattoo Machine and they were more than happy to honour our vouchers even though they were technically expired. Their shop was clean, bright, and eclectic. All of the staff were incredibly kind and we were both thrilled with our results. Actually, I ended up here because we are planning on going to Tattoo Machine for our next pieces, and I saw that there is only one review here. I figured that was a shame since they were wonderful to us, so here we are. Definitely recommend!
