★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bang the gong!Oh dear lord!! We had a lemon cake for my husbands birthday that was to die for! I have not had a cake this good since my grandmas days of baking for us grandkids. The lemon curd filling was perfect and the cake was so soft moist. When’s the next birthday?? ??

Also - I've never liked donuts until I walked into this bakery. So much for weight loss!! ?? Haha they are seriously delicious!!

I went in looking for a nut-free treat nearing the end of the day, and the girls offered to make a quick, special topping for what I was wanting, just to accommodate my allergy. For me, that small act of kindness will always be remembered, and so will that mini cheesecake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super cute place! Definitely check out this bakery when you're in Camrose. Not only do they have fresh baked donuts (the delicious smell wafts upon you as soon as you open the door), they also sell a lot of different treats and candies from other small Alberta businesses.
They also have some delicious gluten free cupcakes, cookies, and lemon tarts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually a regular stop on Friday when in town for groceries. They had only a couple of cinnamon twists left and staff were quick to tell me that more were coming out of the oven if I could come back in a hour. They were fresh when I picked them up later. Butter tart is to die for if you have a sweet tooth. Who doesn’t. Great staff/

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I caution everyone that enters the Sweeterie to enter at their own risk as their baked goods are dangerously good. I am going to have to admit that their donuts are the best donuts I've ever had. A melt in your mouth freshly baked donut. Can't be beat. To top it off, the owner is super friendly which makes me stop at this shop twice a week.

Myself and many others in the Camrose area were absolutely thrilled when she opened The Sweeterie. Always coming up with new flavours, trying new recipes! Her staff is absolutely the sweetest, so the name absolutely fits. Make sure you stop on by and show her and her staff some love; they will go above and beyond for you each and every visit you make there.
