★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend this place to anyone. I was recently in to get blonde highlights and a trim. Kim was able to get me in for a same day appointment which I was appreciative of. The minute I sat down in her chair she was checking the clock and told me she was in a hurry because she had plans later. She chopped 3 inches off my hair and when I noticed and said something she continued to cut and said it was just the ends and they were scraggly anyway. While applying my highlights and gossiping about other business owners, one of the foils slipped from her hands and she cussed and grunted then blamed it on being short. She screwed up a foil and sprayed a water bottle directly into my eyes which left water and bleach dripping down my face. To turn my face to the opposite side she shoved two fingers into my chin (far from gently). My total appointment time was 1 hour and 25 mins which as many people know is not enough time for a good job with blonde highlights and a cut. I now need to spend the money to have my hair colored and cut all over again as I am embarrassed about what it currently looks like. Horrible experience, never going back, and am appalled that someone operates their business this way.
