When I confronted them about my wheel falling off my car at highway speeds their reply was "that stuff happens sometimes" They fixed the damage caused by the accident and gave the car back to me only for the wheel to almost fall off again. This happened 1 more time again and then they told me I had to buy new tires from them but at this point I was believing 0 things they had to say so I brought it to someone else who told me my tires had nothing to do with the issue and I would've wasted 1000$ for nothing. They still have done nothing to rectify this situation and I will never return.

Been going here for years I’ve witness this old couple get irate with one of the technicians because their tire had a small puncture but they didn’t have an appointment during peak changeover season and they were a bit short staff too. This technician called the east-end fountain tire and told the couple they can squeeze them in to repair it, he top up their tire with air and sent them on their merry way. To me that’s going above and beyond customer service especially with how belligerent they were to him.
