He was the listing agent for a house I arranged to see and we hit it off immediately. I never did buy that house from him, lol, but he took me on as a client to find the perfect house for me. He and Becky worked tirelessly evaluating various homes that met my requirements and arranged for me to attend private showings for more houses than I could count. My house sold within a day or two of being on the market with multiple offers in probably the worst time to put a house up and I honestly got far more money for it than I ever realistically expected. Being in the business he is, he has contacts for almost anything you need for your house and managed to hook me up with contractors for electrical work and redoing my kitchen shortly after I moved in. I have recommended him to friends and family and I know of at least 3 other houses he has either sold or assisted with the purchase of through those recommendations. I don't think I could recommend him enough to anyone thinking of buying or selling a house.

We purchased our current home at less than asking due to John's understanding of the market and his reluctance to settle for the easy route. He and his team helped get our house ready and sold (for how much we needed) in less than a week. John has stayed in touch with us after we moved into the new home as well; this isn't a team that gets paid and then dissapears - its a relationship, one that I am very happy to have. Thank you!
