★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of time and money. The orthotic is unusable. It has a ridge running straight up the middle of my toe that is uncomfortable as hell. My feet and back hurt more after wearing them. I took them in because of the discomfort and they ground down the ridge as much as they could (so much for precision custom forming) but it is still noticeable and uncomfortable to walk on. Tried them for a few months but went back to the insoles that came with my shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My new dog had eaten my orthotic (yes really!) and I was training for a marathon. I thought I would try training without my orthotics. Bad decision. I have Mulder's click under my left foot (have had for years), and was starting to get the same early warning signs under my right foot (from not having an orthotic). I couldn't go over 10 km without serious discomfort in both feet. I went to see Ryan in late Feb. with my chewed orthotics and he repaired them on the spot and got me back on track.....INSTANT relief. With Covid-19 all marathons have been cancelled as I was to run Vancouver today. I did a virtual run (my first marathon btw) in Parry Sound area today, running 42.2km in 3:36:22 and ZERO foot pain. Thank you to Ryan and his team...your quick solution allowed me to beat my goal. Awesome job!!

The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I would also highly recommend Teresa Richter RN, who specializes in diabetic and professional foot care. Teresa has been providing my diabetic foot care on a regular basis for over 10 years. She is thorough, professional and an absolute delight to deal with. I would highly recommend her services to any one requiring professional or diabetic foot care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a new set of orthotics back in April, and they are working out so well. All of my foot pain is gone! Walking Mobility clinic did a fantastic job with the assessment, the clinic is very COVID-safe, and the staff are all very friendly. They made it possible for me to wear the orthotics with a few pairs of shoes, which I so appreciate.
