Great hotel in Toronto & perfect business district location. The rooms are modern & beautiful with a fireplace, beautiful bright bathrooms, luxurious linens, bed & pillows. The lobby lounge on the main floor is simple with delicious drinks. The room service is fast & prompt with orders & staff overall is helpful & friendly. Ask front desk for an in room massage therapy session with Laura RMT for the best deep tissue or swedish massage in Toronto!

Honestly I love this hotel. The decor is legit (especially for the holidays), Louix Louis is good value for a hotel restaurant and the food is excellent and the location is ??It’s close to the Eaton Centre and Union Station/Scotiabank Centre as well. I’ll always stay here when I’m in the Six.

Overall I was not very satisfied with this hotel. Would I stay here again? Probably not. That's not good for a hotel. With the calibre of this hotel they should be doing more, and that goes beyond being nice to every customer, it also includes not charging $8 for a tea that is free in the spa. The lobby is unremarkable and I was expecting something larger. The doorman, valet also seem like they're only looking for tips. The deluxe, city view room was okay. It was very clean - which is the first thing I look for. It was good to see the sheets were freshly laundered (these days you just don't know if they even change the sheets between guests - and it's a fact that some hotels do not). I checked for any signs of bed bugs and there was none. The bathroom was large, so was the tub and the shower - which I expected. But the design of the room was extremely awkward. Blank walls with no decor or painting/prints hanging. A desk in the front, right below the TV, that seemed very out of place. A flatter desk against the wall would've suited the room much better. It seemed like they didn't even consult their design team (hopefully a St Regis hotel would have one) during the transition from a Trump Hotel to a St Regis. There was one picture hanging in the entire room. Guess where it was? In the toilet room so you can see it when you're sitting on the toilet. The bed was comfortable, but again, that's expected. I have had more comfortable hotel beds before at hotels that were half the price. The lounge in the main lobby - wife asked for a London Fog. You would expect a hotel that charges $700/night to know how to make a London Fog - ESPECIALLY if they agree to make it. You can even get a London Fog at Tim Hortons. Guess what my wife got? A tea bag with a few ounces of hot water. My wife told her it was not a London Fog. My wife even had to ask for more water. The waitress offered to bring frothed war milk. My wife declined (she had to repeatedly decline because the waitress was adamant) - because it takes more than frothed milk to make a London Fog. Guess what we were charged? $8. For a tea bag. The same tea that is free in the spa. But whatever - that's what they want to give so be it, I'll pay the bill and even leave the standard and expected tip. But these things are remembered and not forgotten by customers. Something as simple as a London Fog could not be made by a hotel of this calibre. Now regarding the spa - I have no complaints. They did an excellent job. That is the best thing this hotel has going for it. They were exceptionally friendly, didn't hurry us, they knew what they were doing, we were offered robes, the changing areas were very clean. The spa lounge is well equipped. Oh and look there's the same $8 tea for free. I know where I was staying and I expect to pay a premium. But for that I want premium service and that includes them knowing how to make a London Fog. The room service was good and fast, I have no complaints regarding this. I didn't use it too often. The room cleaning was also performed very well. Louix Louis restaurant was satisfactory. I felt it was over-priced for what you get. The taste of the food was standard, mediocre. While I don't know if I'll ever stay at this hotel again, I would never go to Louix Louis again. It was an okay experience. Menu was mostly small, unimpressive. Their "famous" 13 layer chocolate cake was just that - a chocolate cake. I don't care what's in it. It tasted like a chocolate cake that I can get anywhere. People pay for the appeal of it, the presentation and size of it. Not for the taste. Don't expect it to taste amazing because it doesn't. It is a standard chocolate cake. Again - try harder. Especially when I'm paying $500 for dinner I expect A LOT more. They could not offer it. When you're in your room or in the lobby, the hotel doesn't feel like much. It certainly doesn't feel like a St Regis hotel or anything at that level. "Unremarkable" sums it up.

We stayed at St Regis Toronto during the Thanksgiving weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We arrived at noon to go to lunch and to our surprise our room was ready! We stayed at a Superior Suite-1 bedroom (750 sq) and it was very luxurious and spacious. The hotel even provided a couple of sanitizing sheets so we could wipe down TV remote controls, etc. We also dined at the hotel restaurant Louix Louis and the experience was truly amazing. Both check in and check out were easy and our front receptionist Mark went over the final invoice to make sure all the items were property accounted for. They offer a valet service for your car which was great as well. Thanks St Regis Toronto for a memorable and luxurious stay.

Wow! What a hotel! The rooms are so nice and spacious. The staff is so friendly and helpful. There’s a nespresso (my favorite) coffee machine in the room. The restaurant Louis Louix is great too! We had breakfast here 2 days in a row and it was delicious. Although we didn’t use the spa, we checked it out and the pool area with hot tub. The pool/hot tub area is on the 31st floor. Great pool with amazing views. We would definitely stay here again.

Every aspect from when you pull up and hand your keys over is exceptional. Amazing suite, the staff was top notch, great choices whomsoever does your hiring. Not to mention the location, food, and an amazing bar with two of the best bartenders I have ever met. Keep on rocking it.

Stayed at the St Regis with family for four nights. The place is nice and close to young street. Location was good. However, the rooms weren’t as we expected. We took the king deluxe suit but was a bit disappointed. They have a great team from concierge, especially Monica. She was great help. Room service was great too. I’m room dining quality is a 9/10 I say that because I wish they had a bit more variety. All their main dishes were spectacular. β€œTried all of them” breakfast was 5/10 pancakes not so great. Staff very friendly and always helpful.
