β β β β β I have lived here for several months and it's very comfortable. Especially the rooms on the higher floors facing the west have a great view of the sunset. The caretakers are reliable. If you have any problems, write a text and you will get a reply soon. The reason why I put four stars is that the rent is a little high.

Our expectation came to its optimal level and the credit goes to Violet, the amazing lady who is taking care of this apt. You rock Violet.
