It has everything I need from blocks, straps, mats, weights, balls and candles to enhance my classes and make them special. My students love the space too. My happy place - thank you Holly & Selina for making me feel at home and loved! ❤️❤️❤️

Not only does one get an amazing Pilates and Yoga workout, (with lots of fun) they offer endless knowledge and encouragement. Nothing is too much for these two exceptional people!

The Barre & Yoga classes and teachers are amazing here!!! Also be sure to check out the other workshops that are scheduled. I have been to a few of them and it is always a wonderful time!! Holly and Celina have done an amazing job in creating a place for many different facets in the fitness and wellness community here in oakville.
