★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average for Smithers, which is decidedly lacking most of the time. Often the last place I go (including Amazon if I really can’t wait a couple days) due to prices and options. The idea that charging $30 for a $5 cable because they’ll replace it when it breaks IF you have original receipt says a lot about this chain. Staff can be hit or miss but I think that’s due to poor training and management more than their own fault, not very professional overall. Not the most comfortable place to be in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Under new management! The staff is happier it seems and the manager seems to be putting more importance on customer service and safety of themselves as well as staff. Look out thieves that means more cameras etc. you'll not like being caught red handed. Ha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeremy and Peter helped me sort out a problem I had when switching from Rigers to Bell. It literally took HOURS. They were more then happy to help the entire time; they even accommodated my toddler with super Mario cart. Not only them but the entire staff always goes above and beyond. Thanks again guys for the amazing customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in a few months ago to try and get a phone. Stood there for 20 minutes as they tried to verify my ID. They were all expired and I was told I just need to renew my health care card, and then it would work. So, that's what I did. I come back and am told that the health care card is not an accepted form of photo ID. Well.. that's pretty frustrating. Clearly the staff that spent all that time trying to verify my ID had no clue what they were talking about.
