★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bough a sled last Nov. Was told the sled was comp. tested and trail ready. The first day I had it out, it blew coolant out of the fill bottle. After "troubleshooting" this with SD for weeks, I decided to pull the top end apart, and low and behold it had been a bad head gasket. I talked to Greg and worked out a deal that I would replace it and they would reimburse me for it "We'll send you the money for the gasket kit and a little extra for your time". Well it's June now and Greg blocked my gmail account without any more emails going back and forth since he promised me a reimbursement. It was only 80 bucks and 4 hours of my time but the experience is enough to condone a bad review. I paid cash for the sled, never haggled or was a PITA about it. I trusted their word that the sled was trail ready and finally trusted their word that they would reimburse me so this was definitely a burn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father-in-law bought a used sled from Mark in November, and picked up in December. Had an issue with it early January. Mark was awesome and stood by his 50/50 warranty and paid for 50% of its repairs. Stand up guy. Couldn't be happier with how smooth the repair went. Our family will be coming back for all our sled needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 2006 ski doo in 2018. had to bring it back to him to fix an error code simple enough. I also left my other machine for a tune up. Come back and pick them up both of my covers were missing. Tells me it was the battery so we will split the cost. Get one cover back. Bring the sleds home store them for the winter inside. I go to use them in Sudbury next winter did even put 100 km on either sled previous that year. Neither will run properly after the tune up on my one sled and the battery replacement. Stator or voltage regulator is the issue going to cost $1000.00. Not happy with the service! Nice guys but didn't get the job done on this one. Make sure you do your due diligence!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After wasting my time on Kijiji (only good for junkers now it seems), sled shows (with no stock on site) and dealer open houses (great for brand new fully financed sleds, I guess) I hit up Sled Depot. I wanted a quality used sled that wasn't beaten up or modded. I didn't want payments on it for 5 years. And I wanted to know if it broke on me I wasn't SOL. These guys came through. The selection was 10 times that of the dealers I had visited. They will lift any sled up with the forklift and you can inspect and look for wear and tear as you please. No rush, no sales pitch. I found a beauty. They serviced it, replaced what needed replacing (wearable parts) and added a few upgrades I needed. All included in the already fair price. Actually we settled on a number a little under ask after all the upgrades were put in. Plus a 50/50 guarantee. I don't leave reviews very often but I have to say this place is great and I will definitely return in the future!!
