B	Brandon B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order for a bayonet cap from Northland for my Maverick. After a week went by, I called to find out the part was just sitting there. I spoke with someone in the parts dept and asked for them to ship the item to my address as I’m over an 2 hour drive to the location. I provided my credit card details and was told it would be expedited out to me. Another week went by and I called again, no answer. Called again the next day, no answer or a returned call. Finally... I called again. I spoke with another fella in the parts dept and asked where my part was. He said it’s sitting here for pickup. I was pretty furious and asked why. He did not have an answer. So again... I provided my credit card details and told them to ship it to me praying I would have it for the long weekend. It didn’t arrive in time. Anyways... I certainly wouldn’t purchase a machine or parts from this dealership ever again after this experience!!!

When I contacted them to make them aware I received no response. Not too good on customer aftercare. I was too quick to say I got no response because it did come shortly after my post .

Jon was direct and on point and you can tell he is the straight shooter type. Will definitely be returning to do more business in the future as it's blatantly obvious that customers matter more than their bottom line. Keep up the amazing work Northland ?

Adam had a great personality and was very knowledgeable and professional so we bought a Renegade! In November, we attended Northland's "home" location on Cowan Road in Utterson where we met Jane who answered all of our "new buyer" type questions and flawlessly coordinated our purchase and pick-up details. When we attended to pick it up, Jon the owner reviewed the operation of the entire sled . We were so impressed, we asked Jon if we could speak to his boss to let him know how great our experience with Northland Recreation had been. Jon said, "I am the owner!" Fast forward to Christmas Day when our daughter and son-in-law presented me with the upgraded windshield and rearview mirror package for my sled! Jon and Jane had worked with them behind the scenes to make this Christmas magic happen! Who does this? Northland Recreation does! I can't stay enough about our experience start to finish.

He communicated everything and made sure I got all the accessories I wanted. Price was excellent too. This was the 2nd new sled I’ve ordered in Muskoka and 1st from Northland. They’ve got a customer for life now. I recommend them without reservation!
