You pull up, drop the skates in the bin at the door, text them to let them know you dropped off, and they text you when the skates are done (in my case, about 15 mins later for 2 pairs of skates). The text back also includes a link to do your payment. I thought the price was extremely fair and my kids are happy with the skates too. Will definitely be using this service again. Thanks!
