★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is fine. We were not asked if we needed assistance and found ourselves digging through boxes trying to find missing shoes. It was a frustrating. If the staff is not approaching people for assistance due to covid, more effort needs to go into maintaining the organization of product on the shelves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having never shopped here previously, we were quite surprised at the stock of kids winter boots available! Was given $30 off our first purchase by signing up for their program. Only downside, is being hearing impaired, understanding the cashier was next to impossible with the screens.

I waited 20 minutes behind a woman who was seemingly arguing about the price of something and ended up putting down what I intended to buy and walked out (there was a line behind me of 4 people). I bought the shoes online from a different company instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic. This was the second location that I went to looking for boots and work shoes. This location had an assortment of sizes in all styles. The associate was amazing to deal with and made sure that I found everything that I was looking for.
