She is friendly, professional and clearly cares about the cats in her care making sure they feel safe, are comfortable and entertained. I genuinely believe they are well taken care of during their stay at the hotel and she is my go to for out of home cat boarding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love love LOVE Holli and her cat hotel! I cannot stress enough how great this place is. Some people may be worried because it seems "less commercial" than some other boarding facilities but honestly, that's what makes this place better. It's more personal care for your cats. More one on one interaction and I can personally assure people of the top quality love and care that the cats receive.
I have never had to board a cat before and especially for not as long as we had to, so we were apprehensive at first. Holli was reassuring and understanding from the very beginning and had great communication and updates (including pictures and videos!). You can really tell that she is very passionate about cats and what she does. We will be using this cat hotel again when we go on vacation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I boarded my cat Momoko (Momo) for the first time; I was initially quite nervous but Holli reassured me with many photos, videos and texts about Momo's well-being. The place is clean and the atmosphere is very calm and loving. The cats are regularly cuddled (if they're up for cuddling; no boundaries are pushed) and played with and there are many spots to climb, scratch, or nap. Holli even provided each cat with a little bag of toys for the holidays, which was very sweet. By the time I came to pick Momo up, she was right at home there! I definitely would recommend the Scratching Post Cat Hotel. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our kitten stayed at the hotel and it was a great experience! Holli was really informative and made me feel at ease. It was the first time our kitten met other cats, so it was great to see videos and pictures of her out interacting with other cats and looking so comfortable. We'd definitely recommend The Scratching Post to others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Holli and Karina looked after my Nimbus so well! She first stayed there for about a month, she had recently been spayed and still have her recovery suit / cone of shame and Holli provided fantastic updates and advice about when she would remove it.
Nimbus was only 6 months so I was a little nervous about leaving her in a hotel but the Facebook pictures were a great way for me to know she was doing ok and I’m so glad she was in a place where she could roam about and have lots of space (and it was great socialisation for her to meet some other cats and make friends!). Since then Holli was great at accommodating an unexpected weekend break and I highly recommend the place. These people love cats so much your fur baby is in very safe hands ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I let my six month old cat Billy with Holli at The Scratching Post. I was a very anxious mommy but I didn't need to be. Holli took excellent care of Billy. She posted pictures on Facebook and I was able to see how much fun he was having and I was able to relax and enjoy my first visit to the USA in two years. I am so grateful I found Holli and didn't leave Billy in the house with day visits. He bonded with other cats and had the time of his life!!! Feel secure that Holli will take care of your pet with love and attention. Thank you Holli!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time leaving my cat at the Scratching Post and had a pleasant experience. Holly (and others) were very responsive and reassured me on any concerns. It was Ollie’s first time staying here, and I think he was shy/scared at first but Holly posts pictures everyday so I was watching while away and Ollie seemed to love the place and hanging with the other cats after a few days! Thanks Holly and team for a great catcation ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very happy with Holly and the Scratching Post. I called before booking and Holly really took the time to answer all my questions. Before going with Scratching Post we also inquired with 2 other cat boarding locations who were unavailable or much pricier. Holly provided regular updates of our cat, Ollie on their Facebook page, and we were so pleased to see almost daily updates of our cat having a good time while we were away! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to leave their kitty in a loving, stimulating and caring environment.
