★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is indeed a great company to work with.For almost a year of working here,I must say a very satisfactory when it comes on how they run the company, on how they give appreciation and support to their caregivers as well as the clients they have and most especially on how they deal with some scenarios with caregivers in times of emergency situations.I am happy working in this company with very understanding doing stuffs and I'm looking forward to work more years with them. 'Coz I've never felt any hesitations of bringing up any opinions I have for they've been very open to many opportunities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Janine and her team at Home Instead gave us peace of mind exactly when we needed it. My mother needed more care than her senior's community could provide. Quickly and with a great deal of understanding of the key issues, Janine did an assessment and had a qualified nurse in place. They performed key nursing tasks, as well as providing some much needed companionship. Professional, personable, and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend Janine and the team at Home Instead Vancouver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Office staff are friendly and attentive and are always taking the time to check up on our Parents status , Tomas is awesome, patient and very helpful , he helps Mom and Dad with anything they need and they have taken to him in a big way :) We are very happy with Home instead and their services
